What we collect

SubWatch.io collects only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: your email address and encrypted password, managed by Supabase Auth.
• Keywords and subreddits: the keywords and subreddit names you configure for monitoring.
• Match data: Reddit post titles, URLs, snippets, and timestamps for posts that match your keywords.
• Billing data: payment is processed by Stripe. SubWatch.io never sees or stores your card details.

What we do not collect

• We do not track your browsing history.
• We do not read your Reddit account or post on your behalf.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

How we use your data

• To monitor Reddit for your configured keywords and deliver match results.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts).

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Reddit — public post and comment data is fetched via Reddit's public API.
• Railway — backend hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Data retention

Match history is retained according to your plan:

• Free plan: 7 days
• Pro plan: 90 days
• Team plan: 90 days

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

SubWatch.io does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Authentication state is stored in your browser's local storage via the Chrome extension.
